The Coastal Club of the Carolinas Grand Release Event on October 18, 2025, was a great success, celebrating the highly anticipated release of the Villas floorplans. More than 40 families participated in a day full of live entertainment, local flavor, and an exclusive look at Chesapeake Homes’ newest collection of homes in Calabash, NC.

Guests enjoyed a taste of the Carolinas with delicious food and drinks from: Tamed Beast BBQ, Canoli Crème, Silver Coast Winery, and Wandering Surfer Co. charcuterie. Adding to the festive atmosphere, Pantasia, a local steel drum band, performed. The event reflected what Chesapeake Homes strives to build: vibrant communities where memories are made.
