They say membership has its privileges, and the Chesapeake Homes’ Agent Rewards program is no different. By being an exclusive member, you can earn Sales Rewards and enjoy unique Member Rewards, including invitations to members-only events. Simply register, and we’ll enter you into the program, so you can begin reaping the benefits. Be sure to be on the lookout for Agent Rewards Club announcements, emails, and specials, as these will detail all of the great rewards, incentives, parties, prizes, and CASH you can earn as a member!
How It Works:
1) Either register online or in-person at one of our sites. Once you register, you are immediately registered and entitled to our program benefits!
2) To earn a Sales Reward, simply sell two or more homes in one of our communities, and you’ll receive a CASH reward with each consecutive sale at closing. For your second sale = $1,000, third sale = $1,500, fourth sale = $2,000 and fifth sale and every sale thereafter will earn you $2,500. There’s no limit to how many home sales you can earn rewards for, so start bringing your eager buyers to our communities today! Your Sales Rewards begin with your second sale and renew on January 1st of every calendar year.
3) Additionally, as an Agent Rewards Club member, you will be privy to Member Rewards featuring all kinds of benefits and bonuses such as private Agent Rewards parties, exclusive offers for your buyers only, special pricing for your clients, and incentives and privileges that only Agent Rewards Club members can enjoy!
Terms & Conditions
Participation: By signing up for the Agent Rewards Card program with Chesapeake Homes, you agree to receive emails, texts, and correspondence from Chesapeake Homes and our affiliates. Refusal to receive emails, texts or correspondence about the program will eliminate you from the program. If you wish to opt-out at any time after signing up, go HERE.
Home Pricing: Builder reserves the right to change prices, plans, components, and specifications and to withdraw or modify any plan without notice. Extra costs, options, and decorator items may be shown in models or illustrations. Individual homes may vary from the models, or each other, depending on field conditions.
Reward Offers: Reward offers are good on time frames indicated for each specific reward. All rewards expire on the expiration date indicated. Please see the site agent for specific rewards and reward expirations. Rewards are only offered to registered members of the program.
Privacy: The information you provide is for use by Chesapeake Homes and our affiliates. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We will not share the information you give us with anyone unless required by law for the establishment of a legal claim or defense.
To Cancel Your Membership: To cancel your membership at any time, go to OPT OUT and fill out the form and you will be removed from the Agent Rewards Club email list and program. Please allow 10-15 days to take effect.
All members must be licensed Real Estate Agents in North Carolina, Virginia, or South Carolina.
